According to an entry on Sega of America's blog, we can expect to see the release of a Sega Genesis Classics collection on the PC. The release is set for June 1st and so far 11 titles have been announced with more expected later on down the line. Pricing is expected to start at $2.99 USD and the games will be distributed through Steam and other yet to be announced services.

Sega has been a long-time supporter of commercial emulation with mixed success. It will be interesting to see how this latest foray into commercial emulation plays out.
